An application for CME accrediation has been made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS): www.uems.net.

|Banking and Exchange
The Euro is the official currency of France. ATMs are available in many parts of Lyon – ensure you inform your bank before travelling abroad, and be aware you may be charged for cash withdrawals. It is advisable to exchange some cash before arriving in Lyon. In general banks are open from Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:30 and many banks are closed at lunchtime. Some banks are open Saturday morning and closed on Mondays
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.

The organiser is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the conference. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
